FutureCoursesKerala is an online directory that helps students and parents in central Kerala (Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Idukki and Ernakulam) explore colleges, courses, add-on programmes and accommodation, and enquire about them. This policy explains what information we collect through the website and how we use it.

We only collect the details you choose to give us through our enquiry forms (course enquiries, add-on course enquiries, PG/stay requests and the guidance popup). This may include:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Any message or preferences you share (e.g. the course, college, add-on programme, location or budget you're interested in)

We do not require you to create an account, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

• To respond to your enquiry and share relevant options.
• To contact you (by phone, email or messaging) about the colleges, courses, add-on programmes or accommodation you asked about.
• To improve our directory and the help we provide.

We will only use your details for the purpose you contacted us about. We do not sell your personal information.

To act on your enquiry we may share your details with the relevant college, institution or accommodation provider so they can follow up with you. We also use trusted service providers to run the site — currently Sanity (to store enquiries) and Resend (to email our team) — who process the data only on our behalf.

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you and for our records, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you've shared, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just email us at the address below and we'll action your request.
